What does it involve?

The adventure begins with a 30 minute hike up a mountain trail to the entrance. Knowledgeable, qualified guides take you on a Natural History tour of this exciting underground world – etched and sculptured over hundreds of years – through twisting passages and chambers.
Tours can be tailored for age, ability, time AND OCCASION. All specialist equipment supplied. Trip time is approximately 4 hours and can comprise of A VARIETY OF ……. simple walking and scrambling or for the more adventurous abseiling, ROPE traverses, climbs and scrambles.

Who is it for?

Mining is a fairly physically demanding activity. Superb for all kind of groups as well as individuals. Suitable for children 8yrs +.
To book a session you need a minimum of 4 persons unless we already have a session running to which you can join.

What do I need to bring?

We ask you to bring along warm clothing. Wear walking boots or wellies will be provided.

Tree Tots Party

Younger children can go wild and challenge their simian senses as they negotiate Grizzly Bear crossing, Squirrel Hideaway, Buzzard Beam, and Flying Fox Zip line. All participants are fitted with full body harness, helmet and attached to continuous safety system.The session lasts approximately 1 hour and everyone gets a Certificate to remember their achievement .

If child is 6yrs or under an accompanying adult is required on the course. All safety equipment provided. Minimum age restriction of 4years (maximum weight 120kg). Suitable in wet weather

Adventure Course Party

Our unique and exciting high ropes course makes a fantastic setting for a birthday celebration. With over 30 obstacles including balancing beams, zip wires, ropes bridges and parachute simulator your party will certainly be one to remember!

What does it involve?

There are 2 main types of canoe the Canadian canoe based on the Red Indian canoe of North America which is an open boat usually paddled by 2 people with single bladed paddles. The other is the Kayak or Eskimo canoe which has an enclosed hull with one or 2 cockpits to sit in. Its paddled with a double bladed paddle. Choose either to take on your adventure on the beautiful Llyn Gwynant lake.

Who is it for?

Canoeing/Kayaking is a fairly physically demanding activity. Superb for all kind of groups as well as individuals. To book a session you must have a minimum group size of 10 persons, unless we have a session already running to which you can join. Suitable for children 8yrs +. All participants must be able to swim.

What do I need to bring?

We ask you to bring along swimwear, towel, pair of shorts, and trainers or walking boots (good sole needed).

Activity Schedule

• This is a 1/2 day activity
• Groups arrive at our centre at an arranged time to meet and greet your instructor.
• Get all your safety kit, wetsuit, buoyancy aid and helmets
• Travel to the venue (approx 30 minute drive from our centre). Transport is not provided unless otherwise arranged.

What does it involve?

This activity involves either indoor or outdoor adventurers. There will be opportunities to learn basic skills e.g. tying into the rope, appropriate belay method, communication with belayer and vis versa, plus personal movement skills. This activity will definitely provide you with a day never to be forgotten.

Who is it for?

Climbing and Abseiling is a fairly physically demanding activity. Superb for all kind of groups as well as individuals. To book a session you need a minimum of 4 person, unless we already have a session running to which you can join. Tailored to suit 4yrs +

What do I need to bring?

All that we ask you to bring is suitable clothing for the activity and suitable footwear, and don’t forget the smile.

What does it involve?

Exploring the sea cliffs of North Wales couldn’t get more fun. Various challenges will be presented to you which will include jumps, traverses, possible rope traverses, rock hoping, cave exploring and many more.

It is up to you to take them on (all are optional). The fun, trained and qualified instructor will make sure the adventure will leave you not only satisfied but craving for more.

Who is it for?

Coast steering is a fairly physically demanding activity. Superb for all kind of groups as well as individuals. To book a session you need a minimum group size ofSuitable for children 8yrs +. All participants must be able to swim.

What do I need to bring?

We ask you to bring along swimwear, towel, pair of shorts, and trainers or walking boots (good sole needed).

Activity Schedule

• Our Coast steering is a full day activity activity
• Groups arrive at our centre at 9.00am to meet and greet your instructor.
• Get all your safety kit, wetsuit, buoyancy aid and helmets
• Travel to the venue (depending on venue approx 30 – 40 minute drive from our centre). Transport is not provided unless otherwise arranged.
• The day finishes once the activity has ended drive back to the centre and de-kit.

What does it involve?

It involves you taking a journey up a river. The river provides natural challenges for you to overcome. These challenges could include plunge pools, squeezes, climbing and many more other fun and thrilling activities along the way, all under the supervision of your experienced guide.

Who is it for?

Gorge walking is a fairly physically demanding activity. Superb for all kind of groups as well as individuals. To book a session you need a minimum of 4 persons, unless we are already running a session to which you can join. Suitable for children 8yrs +.

What do I need to bring?

We ask you to bring along swimwear, towel, pair of shorts, and trainers or walking boots (good sole needed) to wear in the gorge.

Activity Schedule

• Our Gorge Walking is a ½ day activity
• Groups arrive at our centre for an agreed time for meeting and greeting.
• Get all your safety kit, wet suits, buoyancy aids and helmets
• Travel to the venue (Afon Ddu) approx 15 minute drive from our centre. (Transport is not provided unless otherwise arranged).
• The day finishes back at Tree Top Adventure to de-kit

What does it involve?

Orienteering involves you trying to navigate your way from point to point and at Tree Top Adventure you can enjoy the wild life and sceneary throughout the Tree Top Forest.

Who is it for?

Orienteering is for all. You can take this activity at your own speed, from a gentle walk to a competition. To be enjoyed by familys, groups and individuals.

What do I need to bring?

All that we ask you to bring is a smile and to dress for the weather.
